WARRANTY
COMMAND CENTER
PCZONEX warranty coverage is designed to provide clear expectations for hardware purchased through our platform. Coverage depends on the specific product, applicable manufacturer warranty, operating conditions, product condition, and applicable law.
Warranty Coverage Architecture
Qualifying Defects
Warranty coverage generally applies to qualifying defects in materials or workmanship occurring under normal and intended use, subject to the applicable product warranty.
Technical Support
PCZONEX may perform or recommend diagnostics covering hardware, software configuration, drivers, firmware, power, cables, temperatures, and system configuration.
Available Remedies
Depending on the circumstances, an approved claim may result in troubleshooting, repair, replacement, exchange, manufacturer service, or another remedy required by applicable law.
01 — Warranty Period
The warranty period begins according to the applicable product warranty terms. Depending on the product, the starting point may be the purchase date, shipment date, delivery date, manufacturer registration, or another expressly specified date.
A warranty period does not automatically restart after repair, replacement, or exchange unless required by applicable law or expressly provided under the applicable warranty.
Customers should retain their order confirmation, invoice, serial number, and other purchase documentation.
Manufacturer Warranty
Many technology products are manufactured by third-party companies that provide their own warranty programs.
- CPUs
- GPUs
- Memory
- Motherboards
- Storage devices
- Power supplies
- Servers
- Workstations
- Mining hardware
- Branded components
Where a manufacturer warranty applies, PCZONEX may assist with the warranty process or direct the customer to the manufacturer's warranty service. Manufacturer terms may differ from PCZONEX policies.
Defective on Arrival
If a product appears to be defective immediately after delivery, contact PCZONEX as soon as possible. PCZONEX may request the order number, product name, serial number, description of the problem, photographs, video evidence, diagnostic information, error messages, or other relevant information.
IMPORTANT — Do Not Modify the Hardware
Customers should not modify or attempt unauthorized repairs on a suspected DOA product before contacting PCZONEX.

RMA Authorization
If a return is required, customers may receive an RMA and specific shipping instructions.
Inspection & Testing
The product may be inspected, tested, diagnosed, and checked against applicable warranty conditions.
Resolution
Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include repair, replacement, exchange, manufacturer service, or a refund where applicable.

Some warranty claims require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Customers must obtain return instructions before shipping a product to PCZONEX or another designated service location.

- Coordinate repair or replacement
Products returned without appropriate authorization may experience delays or may be returned to the customer where permitted.

PCZONEX is not responsible for customer data lost during troubleshooting, repair, testing, replacement, or warranty service.
PHYSICAL CONDITION — Inspection
Physical damage may affect warranty eligibility. Examples include cracked components, broken connectors, bent pins, damaged ports, broken PCB components, damaged fans, impact damage, burn marks, liquid damage, missing components, or damaged labels and serial numbers.
Customers should photograph the product and packaging if damage is discovered immediately after delivery.
Used / Refurbished / Open-Box
Used, refurbished, open-box, clearance, B-stock, and special-condition products may have warranty periods or conditions different from new products.
Warranty Transferability
Transferability depends on the applicable product and manufacturer warranty. Customers should not assume that a warranty automatically transfers to another owner.
Proof of Purchase
PCZONEX may require an order number, invoice, purchase confirmation, serial number, or other reasonable documentation before providing warranty service.
SHIPPING — Warranty Service
Warranty shipping arrangements may vary depending on the product, warranty provider, location, nature of the defect, manufacturer requirements, and applicable law.
Customers should wait for instructions before shipping a warranty product.
For international claims, additional requirements may include international shipping, customs documentation, import/export procedures, duties, taxes, brokerage, carrier restrictions, and manufacturer regional restrictions.
Warranty Repair
Qualifying products may be repaired by PCZONEX, the manufacturer, an authorized service provider, or another qualified service facility.
Warranty Replacement
If a covered product cannot reasonably be repaired, an eligible claim may result in a replacement subject to availability and applicable warranty terms.
Warranty Refund
In certain circumstances, an approved warranty claim may result in a refund where required by law or permitted by the applicable warranty or return terms.
PCZONEX accepts cryptocurrency as its payment method. Where an approved warranty claim results in a refund, the refund may be processed using cryptocurrency according to the applicable refund procedure. Cryptocurrency market values can fluctuate, and PCZONEX does not guarantee that a cryptocurrency refund will have the same market value as the original payment at a later date.
DIAGNOSTIC ENGINE — Warranty Investigation
PCZONEX may investigate warranty claims to determine eligibility. Investigation may involve technical diagnostics, serial-number verification, product testing, photographs, video evidence, manufacturer review, firmware inspection, physical inspection, and order verification.
Customers are expected to provide accurate information regarding the product and the circumstances of the reported problem.
If testing does not identify a covered defect, PCZONEX may provide troubleshooting recommendations, return the product, refer the customer to the manufacturer, apply applicable service or shipping charges where permitted, or provide another appropriate resolution. A warranty claim does not automatically result in repair, replacement, or refund.
SECURITY — Warranty Abuse & Fraud
PCZONEX may investigate claims involving suspected false defect reports, deliberate product damage, product substitution, serial-number manipulation, unauthorized modification, fraudulent warranty claims, or repeated abuse of warranty procedures.
Where permitted by applicable law, fraudulent or abusive claims may be denied and additional action may be taken.
A warranty protects against qualifying product defects. It does not guarantee business, investment, mining, AI, gaming, financial, application, or other specific results.

Certain jurisdictions may provide mandatory warranties, guarantees, remedies, or consumer protections that apply regardless of a company's voluntary warranty terms.
Where applicable law provides rights greater than those described in this policy, those mandatory rights will apply to the extent required by law.
