PAYMENT &
CRYPTOCURRENCY
POLICY
Understand how cryptocurrency payments are processed, verified, confirmed, refunded, and supported when purchasing hardware and technology through PCZONEX.
Cryptocurrency Payments Only
PCZONEX accepts digital currency / cryptocurrency payments for purchases. Traditional fiat payment methods such as credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, cash, checks, and money orders are not accepted unless PCZONEX expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
Purpose of This Policy
This Payment & Cryptocurrency Policy explains how payments are accepted and processed for purchases made through the PCZONEX website.
Because PCZONEX operates with a cryptocurrency-focused payment model, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing payment instructions provided during checkout and ensuring that cryptocurrency transactions are completed correctly.
By placing an order with PCZONEX, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the applicable payment conditions together with the PCZONEX Terms & Conditions, Returns & Refund Policy, Warranty Policy, Shipping Policy, and Customs Clearance Guide.
Cryptocurrency Payments Only
PCZONEX accepts digital currency / cryptocurrency as its payment method.
Supported Payment Model
Customers may complete eligible purchases using the cryptocurrency or digital asset specified during checkout or in the payment instructions supplied for the order.
Fiat Payments
PCZONEX does not accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, wire transfers, PayPal, cash, checks, money orders, or other conventional fiat payment methods unless expressly confirmed otherwise.
How Cryptocurrency Payment Works
Customers must carefully follow the payment instructions supplied for their specific order.
Order processing may begin only after the required payment confirmation and verification have been received.
Wallet & Blockchain Responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying all payment details before submitting a blockchain transaction.
Before submitting a transaction, verify the cryptocurrency type, blockchain network, destination wallet address, payment amount, transaction fee, network compatibility, and payment instructions displayed by your wallet.
- Use the correct cryptocurrency.
- Use the exact blockchain network specified.
- Use the exact payment address supplied for the order.
- Send the required amount.
- Allow sufficient funds for blockchain transaction fees.
- Retain the blockchain transaction ID/hash.
Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed. PCZONEX cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent to an incorrect wallet address or incompatible blockchain network.
Payment Amount & Exchange Rate
Customers must send the exact cryptocurrency amount required for the order.
The required cryptocurrency amount may be calculated using the applicable exchange rate at the time the payment instructions are generated or the order is processed.
Cryptocurrency prices may change rapidly. Customers should complete payment within the applicable payment period and follow the payment instructions provided for their order.
Underpayment
If the amount received is insufficient, PCZONEX may request the remaining balance, place the order on hold, cancel the order where appropriate, or apply another resolution permitted under applicable policy or law.
Overpayment
If more cryptocurrency is received than required, PCZONEX may review the transaction and determine the appropriate handling of the excess amount according to applicable procedures.
Payment Confirmation & Blockchain Confirmations
Submitting a cryptocurrency transaction from a wallet does not necessarily mean that an order has been fully paid.
PCZONEX or its payment processor may require a valid blockchain transaction, sufficient payment, the correct cryptocurrency and network, appropriate blockchain confirmations, and successful payment verification.
Confirmation times may vary because of network congestion, blockchain conditions, transaction fees, network maintenance, protocol conditions, and payment processor requirements.
Wrong Address & Wrong Network
Wrong Wallet Address
Customers are solely responsible for verifying the destination address before submitting a transaction. Funds sent to an incorrect or unauthorized address may be impossible to recover.
Wrong Blockchain Network
Customers must use exactly the network specified in the payment instructions. A cryptocurrency sent using an incompatible network may not be automatically recognized and recovery cannot be guaranteed.
Payment Verification & Fraud Prevention
PCZONEX may conduct payment verification and security checks before accepting or fulfilling an order.
Verification may include reviewing:
- Transaction information
- Blockchain transaction records
- Payment amount
- Wallet information
- Order information
- Customer information
- Shipping information
- Fraud or security indicators
PCZONEX may delay, hold, cancel, or decline an order where reasonable verification cannot be completed or where a transaction presents security, fraud, compliance, or operational concerns.
Order Processing After Payment
Successful cryptocurrency payment does not necessarily mean that an order will ship immediately.
After payment confirmation, PCZONEX may still need to complete order verification, inventory verification, security review, product preparation, system configuration, quality checks, packaging, and shipping preparation.
Shipping timeframes are governed by the applicable PCZONEX Shipping Policy.
Cryptocurrency Refunds
Where a refund is approved under the PCZONEX Returns & Refund Policy or otherwise required by applicable law, refunds may be processed using cryptocurrency.
The refund method may depend on the original payment method, available payment infrastructure, transaction records, cryptocurrency availability, applicable legal requirements, and security or verification requirements.
Cryptocurrency values may increase or decrease significantly between the original purchase and refund processing. PCZONEX does not guarantee protection against cryptocurrency market fluctuations unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Chargebacks & Irreversible Transactions
Because PCZONEX does not accept credit cards or other conventional card-based payment methods, traditional credit-card chargebacks are not available for cryptocurrency payments.
Customers seeking a refund must follow the applicable PCZONEX Returns & Refund Policy.
Blockchain transactions are generally designed to be irreversible. Once a transaction has been confirmed, PCZONEX generally cannot cancel, reverse, or recall it.
Mining Hardware & Cryptocurrency Payments
PCZONEX may sell cryptocurrency mining hardware, ASIC miners, GPU mining systems, mining components, and related computing equipment.
Purchasing mining hardware does not constitute an investment recommendation or a guarantee of cryptocurrency mining income.

Compliance & International Payments

PCZONEX may refuse or delay transactions where required by applicable law, regulatory requirements, sanctions restrictions, fraud-prevention procedures, or other compliance obligations.
International customers are responsible for determining whether cryptocurrency payments and imported products are legally permitted in their jurisdiction and for complying with applicable customs, tax, import, and regulatory requirements.
Suspicious or Unauthorized Transactions
If PCZONEX reasonably believes that a payment may involve fraud, unauthorized activity, stolen funds, sanctions concerns, money laundering, payment manipulation, identity misrepresentation, or other unlawful activity, PCZONEX may delay, suspend, reject, or cancel the associated transaction or order, subject to applicable law.
Additional verification may be requested where appropriate.
